Title: Ryan Oil - Editor & Contributor
My name is Jack Ryan, originally from San Mateo, California and currently enrolled at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. I assist in managing portfolio’s that primarily hold a wide array of oil securities, as well as trade crude oil futures. Given that’s how I generate capital, it’s my job to stay up to date with what’s going on in the energy sector. My goal with RyanOilUSA is to distribute all of the information available to those interested in the oil industry and give my honest opinion on the “state of oil” around the world. My Looking Ahead section states this opinion, and also details potential investment opportunities to those who are interested. I also give a worldwide macroeconomic view as certain economic events shape the future of oil and energy not just domestically, but internationally as well. I provide explanations of pertinent activity in big oil E&P companies, as well as certain drilling and other related service companies, and why this is important. I do this because it’s a way I can illustrate my knowledge about an industry I’m very passionate about. Ultimately, I’m creating this website to bring together a network of people interested in the oil markets and give you, the reader, all of the prevalent information daily.
